It has a PTO on it, but as u can see the shaft needs replaced or gear sprocket welded back for your application. It is a little dirty because the previous owner had long dirt driveway to his property. This listing is for a used Isuzu MSA-5D manual transmission that came out of npr truck. Was off a 1992 npr.

The truck had 195,000 miles on it. Let me know if there is any questions.

The truck body and frame rusted out I pulled diesel engine to use in a swap for my land cruiser. The truck was running and operational when this transmission pulled but I'm not totally sure on its internal condition.
